Real Relief India at the MHM India Summit 2023

New Delhi, INDIA; 11-12 January 2023

On the 11th and 12th of January, Real Relief Pvt India had the pleasure of participating in the Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) India Summit 2023 taking place in New Delhi, India. We were pleased to have the Danish Ambassador, Mr. Fredy Svane, there to support the MHM summit 2023.

The MHM India Summit is the biggest conclave on menstrual hygiene management who has for goal to ignite the society about menstrual and hygiene management. Still today, girls are missing school because of their period, and many can’t get access to menstrual hygiene products or sanitation facilities. The MHM Summit presents the latest developments in menstrual hygiene and management, shows the impact on the environment and exhibit product’s solutions provided by companies and we naturally also presented different versions of the Safepad. Through this exclusive event, there was also the opportunity to discuss with Speakers, Researcher, Teachers and Government officials.

During the summit, Torben Holm Larsen, our technical director, had the opportunity to share views and information about our engagements as well as to shed light on the need for more sustainable solutions. He and Karthik Thang were both present to exhibit our innovative solutions made in India.

At the conference, awards were given to a key influencer within Menstrual Hygiene & Management and we are proud and honoured to win the prize of the “Best innovation on MHM”.
