Realrelief is proud to be part of the Mtu ni Afya campaign, which has been growing into something huge and making an amazing impact across Tanzania!

Our team has been traveling to communities in places like Messerani, Mto wa Mbu, Kikatiti, Arusha, and many more, raising awareness about menstrual hygiene and promoting Safepad—a safe, antimicrobial, and washable solution.

The campaign has been met with overwhelming enthusiasm. We've engaged with men, boys, girls, and women, sparking important conversations, breaking stigmas, and empowering local communities. It's been incredible to see how excited everyone is to learn and discuss menstrual health.

As we continue to grow, our goal is to ensure Safepad is available in pharmacies and supermarkets, making menstrual hygiene solutions accessible to all.
